Students at Questa Junior/Senior High School are provided with academic opportunities to learn from highly-qualified teachers in the content areas of Mathematics, English, Spanish, Science, and Social Studies. Students in grades 10-12 are given the opportunity to take courses at the UNM Taos Campus each Friday and earn college credit for the courses offered. Students enrolled in Culinary Arts, Welding and Spanish are able to receive dual-credit; which means that they receive both high school credit as well as college credit. For more information on our dual credit courses, you may contact Mrs. Ellie Bishop at the counseling office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Questa Junior and Senior high students also have elective courses in Fine Arts, Industrial Arts, & Technology. We are proud to announce that Questa High School received a designation of MET on New Mexico's Adequate Yearly Progress report provided by the State Department of Education. We are committed to continue on our path to provide opportunities for our students to succeed at the Questa Junior/Senior High School.
The Athletic Department at QJHS provides opportunities for male and female students to join in sports in the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
